Hello Taiwan join NYS inauguration ceremony
Four officials were sworn:
Kathy Hochul – NYS 53rd Governor
Antonio Delgado – Lt. Governor
Letitia James – NYS 67th Attorney General
Thomas Dinapoli – 54th NYS Comptroller
This was a historical event. Kathy Hochul became the first woman elected as NYS governor since 1777, and Thomas Dinapoli the longest serving state comptroller.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer was on hand to kick off the inauguration.
